- For Sellers, $100 will be donated to your charity when your listing is confirmed by the referred agent, uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and made available on internet services such as Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.
The average donation is $400 based on the April 2016 median existing single family home price according to the National Association of Realtors, additional funds may be applied to a transaction at the discretion of LVG.
